It took a professional couple together with our interior designer, to realize the full potiential of their property size and site. Most part of the renovation cost went into refurbishing the existing external structure and we were left with a minimal budget to finish the interior. This didn't deter us to take up the challenge.

The second floor of the curve balcony was over looking the splendid greenery view of Cluny Road. In order to complement the beautiful natural surroundings, the balcony was decked with imported Thai golden chengai timber flooring. The owner, Joe Chang has a passion for all white interior, to create a setting that goes well with the natural surrounding of greenery and building structure, a rich timber floor and simple furnishing of white canvas-covered sofa with modern antique tables were put together to create an ethnic fusion.

The overall renovation cost was kept to a minimun as opposed to the owner's original concept to demolish and rebuild the whole house. With our professional advice, we have helped the owner save a substantial amount and yet fulfill his desire of an ideal family dream home.
